The army was right fighters to Chibok Boko Haram, a town in northeastern Nigeria conquered by the Islamic sect last Thursday, and more than 200 schoolgirls were abducted in April.
Having rejected a cease-fire last month, Boko Haram, has expanded its attacks in northern Nigeria.
