The architect Renzo Piano draws up Turin

This is the largest skyscraper in Turin 167 meters high! This is about the same height as the , the monument that symbolizes the city.

This skyscraper was inaugurated on Friday in the presence of its designer, Renzo Piano, the most famous Italian architects.

The tower is named after its owner: Intesa Sanpaolo, the leading bank in Italy, which makes this building its new headquarters.

The skyscraper will be innovative in terms of environmental standards: solar panels, natural ventilation ...

And Renzo Piano has insisted that the top three floors (the tower has 37 in total) are accessible to the public, with restaurant and panoramic terrace. "This will allow the population to appropriate it," he said on the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony.

It took five years to build this tower.

The construction will cost 235 million euros.
