In Afghanistan, a former Taliban leader rallied to the Islamic state group was killed Monday by a drone firing NATO. It is all qu'assurent Afghan authorities.
Mullah Abdul Rauf Khadim was shot in Helmand province in the south of the country. He was traveling with several men when their car was bombed.
