The Kouachi brothers suspected terrorists responsible for the massacre of Charlie Hebdo, are now entrenched in the industrial area of Dammartin-en-Goële. They would retain at least one person hostage.

This development comes after an exchange of gunfire and a chase on the national 2 in the northeast of Paris.
