Anger continues to rise after the death of an African American in New York

Second consecutive night of demonstrations in the United States ... and parades that have remained relatively peaceful, despite some scuffles and dozens of arrests.

Patrick Lynch, president of a New York police union, defended his colleague accused of killing an African-American man in the plating on the ground and making him a choke key:

"The police officer was dispatched to do a difficult job. Then he put that person on the ground, it said she could not breathe. But the police officers did what they are supposed to do in this situation because the rule is "if you can talk, you can breathe." Unfortunately this person died but as the Grand Jury and the doctors have said, this is not the throttle key that killed that person. "

Despite the ban of this violent immobilization technique, no charges have been filed against the police officer accused of being responsible for the death of the victim, who was selling contraband cigarettes in the street.

The mayor, Bill de Blasio, tried to ease tensions but after a case similar to Ferguson, Missouri, anger rises.

Other demonstrations were held in Washington, Chicago and California.
