Nine years in power, but perhaps no more. The polls are not in favor of Benjamin Netanyahu to these Israeli elections. Prime Minister who is seeking a fourth term is facing voters tired of his anxiety security discourse. When voting with his wife, "Bibi" acknowledged the progress of the opposition center-left:
"To prevent the accession to power of the left, there is only one thing to do, close the gap, and vote for the Likud."
The man who could win, it's Isaac Herzog. He is the candidate of the Zionist Union, bringing together a party centrists and Labor. Isaac Herzog has essentially campaign on economic issues:
"What I want is change, of hope and of course everything that can be good for Israel, and if I have the mandate to form the government, I will work to make it the best government of Israel. "
But the winner of the elections will not necessarily be the future prime minister. In the Israeli political system is one that is capable of forming a coalition, and several parties play the king-makers. An eventual defeat Netanyahu in the polls could therefore not prevent ending up again at the head of the government, if it finds enough allies.
