The Contact Group, made up of envoys Ukrainian, Russian, and representatives of the OSCE, signed with separatist rebels a roadmap for the implementation of peace, announced Thursday separately Russian presidents, Ukrainian and French and German Chancellor.
"The Contact Group has signed the document that we have prepared with so much tension," said Petro Poroshenko, after sixteen hours of negotiations in Minsk, information confirmed by Putin. "All the issues have been addressed by the text which was signed by the contact group and separatists," said Francois Hollande, in a joint statement, along with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
