The European Court of Justice ruled on Tuesday. The court prohibits Member States of the European Union to submit asylum seekers to interrogation documented on their sexual practices or medical tests. Some countries require far "evidence" of homosexuality people fleeing their country claiming to be persecuted for their sexual orientation.
