Star Wars: "The Force Awakens", as episode 7

"The Force wakes up" or "The Rise of the Force", that is the literal translation of the official English title of the latest Star Wars. Walt Disney Studios has announced Thursday and announced that filming was completed

The film's release is planned for December 2015. It is directed by JJ Abrams (Star Trek, Super 8, Mission Impossible III).

"The Force Awakens" replays actors Harrison Ford (who broke his left leg in June in Sudios Pinewood near London), Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill who return to their original roles.

Among others: Lupita Nyong'o (who received an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in 12 years a slave), Andy Serkis (Gollum in the Lord of the Rings trilogy), Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones ), Adam Driver (Girls series) and Oscar Isaac (Inside Llewyn Davis).

The first "Star Wars" came out in 1977, launching two trilogies: Episodes IV-VI were released from 1977 to 1983 and paradoxically episodes I to III were shot later in 1999-2005.

In 2012, Disney announced a giant seventh episode of Star Wars and the acquisition of Lucasfilm, the production company of Star Wars creator, George Lucas, for an estimated $ 4.05 billion.
