Gay Pride in Argentina and Chile

This is a man or a woman or both, in the prime of life: 22 years.

In Buenos Aires, Argentina, the Gay Pride celebrated its 22th anniversary this Saturday. Festival sequin bows and rainbows parade in style no question of compromise on the means in this country was the first in Latin America to allow civil unions for same-sex in 2002 then to legalize gay marriage in 2010.

If Uruguay and Brazil have followed the lead of Argentina in opening marriage to same-sex couples, this is not yet the case of Chile, to the chagrin of thousands of people who demanded equal rights for the same-sex couples on the occasion of the Gay Pride in Santiago.
