The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has decided to temporarily release Vojislav Seselj, a Serbian ultranationalist, due to advanced liver cancer. So far, Seselj was tried for war crimes committed in Bosnia in the years between 1991 and 1993, mainly against Croats and Muslims.
