Thousands of Britons were named yesterday by the health authorities to get tested for HIV after having passed through the hands of a dentist. Desmond D'Mello did not comply with hygiene procedures for over thirty years. He was banned from practicing for a year and a half in June when a video emerged on the conditions under which it operated.
