Scotland brandished the threat of a referendum if London does not keep its promises. Alex Salmond has launched this last message as he was leaving his position as head of the National Party
Scottish. It passes the baton to Nicola Sturgeon, who also soon replace the post of Prime Minister Scottish:
"I do not expect a new referendum for the moment, Nicola Sturgeon said. We just have one. When I hear people mention another referendum, I explain that it's not up to me. If the other parties at Westminster want to avoid that there is a growing demand for a referendum, they must keep their promises in the first place we delegate more power. "
In London, it is stated that the expanded powers will be granted after the elections next May.
Anyway, Nicola Sturgeon, as Alex Salmond, still believes in the independence of Scotland, despite the outcome of the referendum of 18 September: 55% of Scottish voters had refused to leave Britain.
