Ukrainian President is hopeful with this agreement at the highest level, although it is still far from a final output crisis. To free the Ukrainian prisoners, hostages, or rather, it is more important to him:
"I can say that the most important agreement we signed is a bilateral cease-fire and unconditional will be set up at midnight in the night of Saturday 14 to Sunday 15 February, without preconditions (...) For nineteen days all hostages must be released. Why nineteen? Because it takes fourteen days to withdraw all heavy artillery and five days for the rest and the release of all hostages. "
Petro Poroshenko goes to Brussels on Thursday afternoon to get the support of European leaders in this new cease-fire.
