Tunisia in turn hit by terrorism, tourists pay the heaviest price

The attack against the Bardo Museum in Tunis has nineteen dead and forty wounded, according to the latest official figures from the Interior Ministry. Of the 19 victims, 17 are foreign tourists. Two armed men, perhaps more, have opened fire on a bus of tourists visiting the museum at midday, before retreating into the building and take hostages twenty people.

"I can not say anything other than this is a huge tragedy that fell on Tunisia, said Tunisian president. There is no hope for these people, and Tunisia has to stand up against these activists and sweep. "

Among the victims was a French and six wounded, including three seriously.

After the hostage taking two hours, the attackers were killed and all released tourists. This is the most violent terrorist attack in Tunisia since 2002.
