Crowded on the French coast for "tide of the century"

Tens of thousands of people flock since dawn, and even last night for some near Mont St Michel from the sublime to observe, capture using clichés and just live this rare phenomenon that breeds in reality all 18.

"View Mont St Michel, completely surrounded by sea because there are long time since we saw that, I was born in the area and I have not seen since the work was the 'opportunity to see this for the tide of the century ".

Yesterday after the eclipse, the alignment of the Earth, the Moon and the Sun, the curious are also many over the ledge of Saint-Malo. Before the new high tide tonight, the sea will pull out of sight sometimes up to 14 meters longer than a four-story building.

"It really represents coastal places that will be released once every 15 to 18 years as is currently said. It's almost more dramatically at low tide because eventually will be able to go on foot to kilometer see small secret beaches that will be discovered that there, "says Laurence Bozzuffi, director of the Tourism Office of St Malo.

A record crowd is expected for tonight where "the tide of the century" as such, should reach the unprecedented coefficient of 119.

The next will be March 3, 2033!
