The separatist forces of the People's Republic of Donetsk opened a corridor to evacuate civilians from the town of Vuhlehirsk.
This city, called Uglegorsk Russian, had almost 8000 inhabitants in 2013.
Located eight miles from Debaltseve, it was conquered by the separatists on 30 January. The people are fleeing for fear of being bombed again after days of heavy fighting. They should be sent to Horlivka.
Just before the town of Vuhlehirsk is Yenakiieve, a mining and industrial town of 80,000 inhabitants that is pillonnée ukrianienne by the army.
A woman in hand luggage, denounces the madness of the Kiev authorities:
"We still do not know where we are going somewhere away from this madhouse."
Tuesday in Debaltseve, the regular forces of the Ukrainian army also evacuated the inhabitants, which has led to tensions and scenes like this one.
A military is for a man and told him not to think about his wife and caring for her son.
But the man said he will be there when they come back again tomorrow. The military gets angry, told him to stop drinking, "you've lived your life, not him, think about him, his life."
Debaltseve will she go?
The separatists say they do not want to give the final push to spare civilians. Meanwhile, they continue to put pressure on the Ukrainian army who also engage in artillery duels with the rebels throughout the front line, making dozens of civilian casualties each day.

From 1 March, the Russians wishing to travel in Ukraine will not be able to use their internal passport, equivalent in Russia of an identity card.
This measure may significantly reduce the number of Russian citizens entering Ukraine, while almost three-quarter of them do not have a real passport, according to a survey of independent Levada center.
