It was filled with crude oil when the incident occurred. Two state cities of West Virginia, Adena Village and Boomer Bottom were evacuated as a precaution.
A tank car came to a stop in a river while another hit a house in the accident causing a fire of great importance.
Significant resources have been fielded despite the bad weather there. No casualties were announced by the emergency services.
