Poland condemned by the European Court of Human Rights for the secret CIA prison.

Europe has finally convicted Poland: the country is accused of having hosted a secret CIA prison on its territory.

The origin of this complaint, there is a Palestinian, 43, former deputy of Osama bin Laden. At his side, a Saudi, 49, regarded by Washington as one of the leading members of al Qaeda.

The two were reportedly tortured in Poland in 2002 and 2003. The country is accused of complicity, and did nothing to prevent these acts of torture, contrary to the European Convention on Human Rights.

It could pay record compensation as urged lawyers and the European Court of Human Rights: about 100,000 euros each.

For now they are all 2 still held by the US military in Guantanamo Bay. More than 50 countries have helped the United States to implement the program of secret CIA prisons after September 11, 2001 ...

Poland said it should respect and implement the European conviction.
