The violence continued Friday in the breakaway regions despite the signing of a peace agreement, expected to come into force in less than two days. At least eight Ukrainian soldiers and three civilians were killed in 24 hours, according to the army. Intense fighting are still going to Debaltseve, where the forces of Kiev are almost virtually encircled by the rebels.
