Argentine President is suspected of Tehran covered in anti-Semitic attack on investigation that killed 85 people on July 18, 1994. A prosecutor in Buenos Aires sent the charges to a judge, who must now decide whether legal proceedings to be or not launched against Cristina Kirchner.
The prosecutor has taken over the accusations made by his predecessor Alberto Nisman, whose body was found in her apartment on January 18, shot in the head and a pistol at his side.
Four days before his death, the judge explained to the TV to be convinced that the government had sought to hamper the investigation of the 1994 bombing to protect Iranian officials in hopes of facilitating trade relations with Tehran.
