Philippines: one year after Haiyan, the super-typhoon Hagupit


In the Philippines, people are preparing for the arrival of a super-typhoon. Called "Hagupit" it is now east of the archipelago and heads the Philippine coast that could affect this Saturday. The population is stocks necessities.
