"Terrorist Attack" in Mali: 5 dead, one French and one Belgian


In Mali, at least 5 people were killed in the night from Friday to Saturday in an attack against a restaurant in the capital Bamako. The victims were three Europeans including one French and one Belgian and two Malians.


There would be at least 8 injured.


It happened just after midnight. At least one hooded man had entered the restaurant, opened fire and then fled through would be an accomplice.


No claim for the hour.


Malian Police speaks of a "terrorist attack". She announced the arrest Saturday morning two suspects, without giving further details.


The French president has denounced a "cowardly attack" ( ).
