Serbian Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic escaped a head injury. There is little doubt about that. His helmet saved him. A three kilos block of ice fell from an electric cable on his helmet and cracked. The Minister was in the region of Majdanpek at the electricity back to 5000 people after four days of power outages due to severe frosts.
