Catalan President Arthur Mas is sued for having organized on 9 November, a symbolic vote on the independence of Catalonia.
The Spanish Constitutional Court banned the consultation, assuming that only all Spaniards can decide on the future of a region.
More than two million Catalans, mainly including voters to the cause of independence, had participated in the vote and a clear majority for independence was clear.
Catalan President continued today, including civil disobedience, abuse of power and embezzlement, due to the use made of state funds.
