Pope Francis continues to reform the Curia and appoint February 14th next 15 new cardinals from 14 countries of Asia, Oceania and Africa, aged less than 80 years and therefore voters if conclave. The Archbishop of Yangon Burma will be the first cardinal in the church's history. The Bishop of Tonga, Bishop Soane Patita Paini Mafi, be it the first cardinal from the Pacific island of Tonga. It will also, at age 53, the youngest cardinal in the college. On February 14, the Sacred College of Cardinals meeting, have a total of 228 members, including 125 electors if conclave.
