Israel will prevent his soldiers to be brought to justice in The Hague

"Those who should be prosecuted are the leaders of the Palestinian Authority who made an alliance with Hamas 'war criminals'

Israel never accept that his soldiers find themselves judged by an international court. It is the reaction of Prime Minister Netanyahu, after the diplomatic offensive of the Palestinians. The Palestinian Authority wants to join the International Criminal Court to bring to justice Israel.

"We will not allow IDF soldiers and officers to be dragged before the tribunal in The Hague, said Benjamin Netanyahu. Those who should be prosecuted are the leaders of the Palestinian Authority who made an alliance with Hamas war criminals. "

And Israel does not only words. In retaliation for the Palestinian request, Israel froze the payment of more than 100 million euros in taxes due to the Palestinian Authority.

"Even without this money, the Palestinians will drop anything on the critical issues: the right to be free and independent, the right of return, the right to a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital," said Wassel Abu Yousef, a member of the Palestinian leadership.

Join the International Criminal Court would allow the Palestinians to summon Israeli leaders before the tribunal in The Hague, for the three offensives on Gaza since 2008, or to the occupation.
