After the deadly fire, Norman Atlantic in an Italian port


The ferry was in distress for several days off the Greek coast arrived in Brindisi. Tugs Norman led the Atlantic off the port of southern Italy, before you decide where to anchor. The ship had been the victim of a Sunday fire at the link between Patras in Greece and Ancona, Italy.


It took 36 hours for helicopters to evacuate the 477 people on board.
