The Ukrainian Parliament approved on Tuesday the composition of a new government. It comes from the parliamentary coalition formed by five pro-Western parties including the Ukrainian President and that of Arseniy Yatsenyuk remains Prime Minister. A government whose three members really do not pass unnoticed: Ministers of Finance, Economy and Health, respectively, an American of Ukrainian, a Lithuanian and a Georgian who obtained Ukrainian citizenship on the same day.
Natalie Jaresko, an American of Ukrainian descent who worked for the US State Department and a Ukrainian investment fund financed by the US Congress, finds and Minister of Finance.
Lithuanian Aivaras Abromavicius, co-leader of a Swedish investment fund, became Minister of Economy and Georgian Kvitachvili Alexander, former Minister of Health in Georgia, inherits the Ministry of Health.
President Poroshenko told them having granted Ukrainian citizenship Tuesday morning, just before their appointment.
Foreign Minister and the Defence of the previous government were reappointed to their posts.
