A Washingon, it goes narrowly to the Finance Act 2015

In the US, the House of Representatives passed the Finance Act 2015 less than three hours before the deadline. The risk of paralysis is federal and discarded. A year ago, a disagreement on the ceiling of public debt, between Democrats and Republicans had caused the blocking of many US government agencies. Today, the subject divides. Only 219 elected representatives voted in favor and 206 opposed. By Saturday, the Senators have yet to vote on the text before it is ratified by President Barack Obama.
