France: funeral amid controversy and excitement of a Roma baby


Little Maria Francesca, two and half months, died of sudden infant death on the night of December 25 to 26, in Champlan shantytown in the Paris region where his family settled in over a year. The mayor of this town refused burial. A unanimously condemned gesture.
