Two Israeli soldiers attacked with a knife by a Palestinian


The attack took place in the north of the occupied West Bank, near the Palestinian village of Sinjil.


One soldier was seriously injured and the other lighter. It was he who shot a Palestinian attacker, two bullets in the head according to Palestinian medical sources.


The two soldiers belong to a medical unit dependent command of civil defense.


According to Israeli media, at the time of the attack, they were stationed waiting in an ambulance to reinforce the safety device near the Shilo settlement during the Jewish holiday of Easter, which ends this weekend.


This is the second such attack in a week and the latest in a series of attacks by Palestinians isolated in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, since the war in Gaza the last summer.
