Kenyan aviation coup against the Shebab in Somalia


The Kenyan aviation is on the offensive by bombing both sides of the radical Islamist Shebab in Somalia, four days after the attack on the University of Garissa who made 148 dead in Kenya.


It is not a retaliatory action, however, as the spokesman for the Kenyan army, which states that the destruction of these two targets at Gedo, north-east of the border, was already provided.


Kenya also tracking suspects in the attack last Thursday.

The commando was composed of 4 people.

The alleged mastermind Mohamed Mohamud is a former teacher in a Koranic school in Garissa.


Kenya, militarily engaged in the fight against al-Shabaab since 2011, was threatened Saturday to "a long and terrible war" by the radical Islamist movement.


Before the attack Garissa Shebab have claimed responsibility for the attack in September 2013 against the Westgate shopping center, which left more than 60 people, and a series of raids on the Kenyan coast and the border with Somalia .
