In Italy, the shooting that broke out inside the Milan court on Thursday late morning, left three dead and one wounded.
The assassin, Claudio Giardiello, would have passed through a secondary entrance with a badge, which is why he was not searched before his hearing.
He shot his former lawyer who testified for the prosecution against him. His co-accused, a 60 year old man, was shot and died of his injuries in hospital. Another lawyer was wounded.
"I think I saw a colleague suit with a briefcase on the steps, waiting for rescue, the ambulance arrived 20 minutes later," said one witness.
Claudio Giardiello also went to shoot two bullets in his office, the bankruptcy judge Fernando Ciampi.
A 57-year-old man appeared fraudulent bankruptcy. He was involved in several cases, the bankruptcy of the telecommunications group Eutelia and real estate company Magenta.
