The Danish authorities have arrested two people in a cafe this afternoon in Copenhagen. They could be linked directly or indirectly to the man shot Sunday morning in the popular Nørrebro district chief suspect in the double attack on Saturday in the capital of Denmark.
A gunman opened fire on a cultural center and synagogue on, making a total of two dead and five wounded.
The suspect was killed after he opened fire on police near Nørreport station. It was already known to intelligence services revealed Jen Madsen:
"We now know the identity of that person, but for the moment, because of the ongoing investigation, we can not reveal it to the public. (...) We have no information that would indicate that he would have traveled to a war zone like Syria and Iraq. "
After the attacks, the Danish police had placed the home of the suspect under surveillance.
