Floods, cold weather and snow in the Middle East have led to tragedies. Two babies died because of the cold in the Gaza Strip and dozens of homes were flooded, said the Palestinian authorities on Saturday. The occupied West Bank, it was still largely covered with snow. The storms had already Wednesday victims, two Syrians, including a child, died of cold in the south-eastern Lebanon hit by a snowstorm.
