The Air Asia aircraft climbed to an abnormal rate

The Air Asia plane that crashed last month in the Java Sea, is mounted to an abnormal speed, said on Tuesday the Indonesian Minister of Transport, citing radar data. The unit is mounted to 6,000 feet per minute and then stalled. Human error or mechanical problem? Difficult for the moment to decide. The authorities did not want, for the moment, reveal the contents of the black boxes, including pilot conversations.

A recent report indicated that the weather was the triggering factor of this accident. Moments before the crash, the captain had indeed asked to gain altitude to avoid a threatening cloud, but had not obtained the permission immediately.

This flight Air Asia between Surabaya and Singapore crashed with 162 people on board. So far only 53 bodies were recovered.
