Greece: Tsipras wants to negotiate, he will fight for "dignity of the Greeks"

The new Greek government is ready to "shed his blood" to "restore the dignity of the Greeks," that is what the Prime Minister said Alexis Tsipras at the beginning of the first Council of Ministers.

At the head of an anti-austerity cabinet tightened by 10 ministries, Tsipras believes that the feeling of the international community with regard to Greece changes:

"We will prove that all the Cassandras wrong. We will not go to a destructive confrontation, but we will not continue a catastrophic policy, a policy of subjection. "

Besides negotiating with the European Union "a viable, just and mutually useful," Alexis Tsipras set out three other lines of work that result: managing the humanitarian crisis to restore social justice, assistance to businesses to help to restart the economy and the fight against corruption of elites for more transparency.

Alexis Tsipras begin his difficult task of meeting the President of the Eurogroup Jeroen Dijsselbloem Friday in Athens.
