The date of the verdict in the trial of the Russian Alexei Navalny opponent was advanced fortnight. It will be announced today, the last day before the Christmas holidays in Russia. This decision aims to bypass a large demonstration convened on 15 January, when the initial verdict, two years after the wave of protests in January 2012.
