2 Solar Impulse landed in India


Solar Impulse 2 continues its world tour without fuel. The solar energy plane landed on Tuesday evening in Ahmedabad in western India, to the applause of the control room, based in Monaco.

The aircraft, piloted by the Swiss Bertrand Piccard, traveled about 1450 kilometers in just under 16 hours.
