Attack against the Bardo: Tunisia published a video of the special forces

Tunisia claims to have dismantled most of the cell responsible for the attack against the Bardo Museum last week. The Interior Ministry, which provided a video showing the operation conducted by the Tunisian Anti-Terrorism Squad, BAT, said Thursday that 23 people, all Tunisian, were arrested and at least four suspects, including two Moroccans and an Algerian, were still at large.

This March 18, two gunmen killed 21 people, 20 tourists and a police officer before being killed in turn by BAT. Dozens of people were injured.

The ministry also said the Islamic state group had claimed responsibility for "propaganda" but that "on the ground" was the Okba Ibn Nafaa group linked to al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, AQIM, who had "organized and committed the attack." This group is hunted by the military for more than two years in the border mountains of Algeria.
