The Russian opposition Boris Nemtsov was murdered in Moscow


He was a leading opposition figures in Russia. Boris Nemtsov was murdered shortly before midnight in Moscow. Murder soon comdamné by President Putin, who would have indicated a desire to personally surperviser investigation. The Kremlin says that this crime the appearance of a '' contract '' and could be a provocation.


Boris Nemtsov was walking on a bridge in the heart of Moscow, when he was hit by four bullets in the back. He died on the spot.


55 years old, the former minister of Boris Yeltsin was known for his struggle against President Putin's politics. He was with Garry Kasparov, one of the leaders of the movement Solidarnost, and one of the organizers of the peaceful marches against the war in Ukraine. He had to participate this Sunday in a major opposition demonstration.
