Boris Nemtsov was one of the leaders of the anti-Putin rallies of winter 2011-2012.
The opponent also denounced the involvement of Moscow in the Ukrainian conflict. A few hours before his death, he called on the radio Sunday to protest against the policy of Vladimir Putin.
