Uruguay: Vazquez returned to the presidency


Winning return for the one who was the first leader of the left from the 2005 to 2010. Uruguay Tabaré Vázquez yesterday easily won the second round of presidential elections.


The oncologist of 74 years received 56.6% of the vote according to final results against his opponent's center-right National Party, Luis Lacalle Pou, 41, son of a former president.
