Commemorations of the 10th anniversary of the death of Yasser Arafat left came to light Palestinian divisions. Fatah leader and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas opened the hostilities. During his speech in Ramallah, West Bank, he accused Hamas of being behind a series of bomb attacks against Fatah members in the Gaza Strip. He also accused the Islamist group delay by its actions reconstruction operations in the Palestinian territory controlled by Hamas since 2007.
