American tourists cigar festival in Havana

For the first time in over half a century, American tourists have the right to attend the Cuban festival. A festival that started yesterday and lasts a week. With the recent easing of the Washington embargo on Castro's island, US citizens can now back up to a hundred dollars cigars or rum, consume in moderation of course.

In the United States, only a handful of elected officials is officially allowed to travel to Cuba. This requires to have family on the island or be part of a cultural exchange program. Havana is hopeful to see the situation evolve through the Obama administration.
