The German writer Günter Grass, author of '' Drum 'is dead

He was one of the figures of German literature after the war. Günter Grass has died at the age of 87. Among his book '' Die Blechtrommel '(The Tin Drum), adapted to film by Volker Schlöndorff, a film that won an Oscar and the Palme d'Or at Cannes.

Günter Grass in 1999 received the prestigious Nobel literature. The Swedish Academy was then put forward its' tragicomic tales depicting the face of history. ''
