Nokia wants to buy Alcatel-Lucent

Nokia approximates Alcatel-Lucent.

The Finnish telecom equipment and its French competitor want to create a European champion.

Nokia will hold 2/3 of the new entity, called Nokia Corporation, and with headquarters in Finland.
