The two Australians sentenced to death in Indonesia soon executed

"We abhor the drug-related crime, but we also abhor the death penalty. We believe these two Australians deserve to be punished, but they certainly do not deserve to be executed."

In Indonesia, the execution of two Australians sentenced to death for drug trafficking, seem closer together. The two men were indeed transferred Wednesday from Bali to a high security prison, located on a small island. They should be shot. Their transfer took place under very police escort.

Indonesian President refused to grant clemency to prisoners, despite the protests of the Australian Prime Minister. Tony Abbott says 'revolted' by the prospect of this execution: "We abhor the drug-related crime, but we also abhor the death penalty. We believe that these two Australians deserve to be punished, but they certainly do not deserve to be executed. This is our position. I believe that millions of Australians are sick at the thought of that performance. ''

Older than thirty years, both sentenced to death accused of having led a network of heroin traffickers between the resort island of Bali and Australia. They are in detention for almost ten years.

Other foreign nationals, including one French, are about to be executed.
