Two million votes. This is the moment that would be available in advance Muhammadu Buhari in Nigeria.
The announcement of the results of the presidential election is to resume Tuesday morning.
Anything can be reversed because the counting continues in a substantial number of the 36 states of the country, the states in which incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan could refuel votes.
Both sides accuse of electoral fraud
On Sunday, supporters of Muhammadu Buhari took to the streets to denounce fraud, accusing the electoral commission of "complicity" with the Popular Democratic Party (PDP) Goodluck Jonathan.
The PDP spokesman rejected the allegations.
"We issue we also reserves, and we too have concerns in some states. We have identified them and we study the best way to counter these errors and what we perceive as anomalies, "said Olisa Metuh.
Fear of violence comparable to those of 2011
It is in a context of mutual mistrust that both sides are waiting for the verdict.
The African Union has called on stakeholders to resort to legal means in case of dispute the results.
In 2011, the election was followed by clashes between supporters of the two candidates, making a thousand deaths.
To a second round?
To win, a candidate must obtain a simple majority of the votes and at least 25% of the votes in two-thirds of the country's 36 states and the federal capital.
If at least one of these conditions is not met a second round is held within seven days of the official announcement of results.
